What should I bring?

Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle, and an open mind. If you have props, like blocks or straps, feel free to bring them too.

What should I wear?

Wear comfortable breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. Bare feet are best for yoga practice.

I'm new to yoga, can I still join?

Absolutely! All levels are welcome. Our classes are designed to support beginners while offering variations for differing skill levels.

How early should I arrive?

Please arrive 10-15mins before class to settle in, sign in, and set up on your mat.
