I’ve been dealing with some back pain and postural issues related to kyphotic lordosis, basically a combination of rounded upper back and exaggerated lower back curve. It generally results in pain near the base of the spine, and tight shoulders and neck that pulls forwards. I’m trying to use yoga to help reduce my back pain and improve my posture over time.
Do you have any suggestions about poses that can help? Are there specific muscles I should focus on strengthening or lengthening through yoga?
