I’ll start this one off.

Stretching during work meetings. Started as doing 4s at my desk, now my team’s used to seeing me stand up mid-meeting for a full body stretch or twist. Good way to avoid stiffness. I take it as a regular opportunity to improve my mobility. At this point I quite enjoy stretching & practicing warrior iii while waiting in lines too. Keeps the mind focused.

Next time you’re thinking of getting a sugary drink at Starbucks or Tim’s consider this healthy alternative. Tastes almost as good while also being a healthy option. Best part is it comes out to less than $1.25 / scoop.

I’ve been dealing with some back pain and postural issues related to kyphotic lordosis, basically a combination of rounded upper back and exaggerated lower back curve. It generally results in pain near the base of the spine, and tight shoulders and neck that pulls forwards. I’m trying to use yoga to help reduce my back pain and improve my posture over time.

Do you have any suggestions about poses that can help? Are there specific muscles I should focus on strengthening or lengthening through yoga?

Thanks in advance for any insight or routines you can share 🙏
